No Returns & No Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales on www.thedigitalhead.com are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any digital products, templates, courses, or marketing consultations once purchased.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

1. If you were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error.
2. If the product was not delivered due to a system issue from our end.
3. If a service was not provided as per the agreed terms.
